First and Last name fields not populating

I’ve set up my reg form and emails with the ‘first_name’ and ‘last_name’ fields. The emails work fine with the correct first/last names being shown. In the users list it just has the username repeated twice.

Any way to get the user submitted first/last names in to the user profile? Is this only available in the Pro version?
