First and/or Last name in Admin Notification Email

  • Hello and good evening.
    I have seen this question posted but with no definitive answer.

    I would like the new subscriber email, which is sent to the admin to include First and Last name in addition to the email address in the admin notification email.

    Is this possible? If so, what steps are needed to enable this functionality?
