    Going to the site, the chatbot appears with open chat window. How can I get the first appearance just the icon right below? To let my visitors choose if and when they want to open the chat window.

    After more than 3 days of waiting for support, the plugin was removed. Thus, the above support request is obsolete.

    Apologies for a delayed response as I had not yet subscribed to notifications. This has now been rectified. You feedback is much appreciated and was an item was first on my to do list for 1.1.0 (which has now been released). You’ll see that I’ve added options to starting the bot closed or open, as well as changing the name of the bot, and custom greetings.
