First Byte Time increases After installing SEO By Yoast and WP Super Cache stopp

I am using SEO by yoast without any problem and i prefer it for all my blogs. But in one of my blog, i noticed that load time was too high. While testing, i found the without SEO by yoast, it loaded in 3-5 seconds. But after activating SEO by yoast, it takes more than 35 seconds. Wp SUper Cache also stopped working.
First Byte Time increases to 25 seconds from .5 seconds.
ON other hand, the same plugin works fine on my other blogs. I also changed my theme but nothing helped me.
What can be the possible reason? I have more than 2000 posts on my blog. Is it the main issue?
I cannot run my blog without SEo by yoast and it is increasing the load time.
I also tried it without wp super cache and with w3 total cache. I also tried it without any caching plugin. But nothing helped.
while it is working fine for me on other blog.
please suggest a solution
