First-class tool, solid base for growth

We used this to replace another CRM + Mailchimp. The fact that it is hosted on our WordPress installation means less headaches syncing — we use WP Fusion and Automator to keep everything syncing between Learndash, BuddyBoss, GiveWP, and FluentCRM. They also offer a (free) SMTP service which integrates nicely, and FluentForms also integrates beautifully. This team clearly knows how to code cleanly. There is clearly much space to grow yet, and features we would like to see, but they have quickly built a very solid base upon which to build.
