First Class WILL NOT WORK

    I’ve been messing with this for days & I have 2 first class options enabled in the settings but it absolutely will not show first class in the add method dropdown. This seems to be a common issue with it? Is there a fix? I can’t find a solution based on other posts. PLEASE HELP I’m at my wits end. Thank you!

    Are you trying to add a USPS Simple shipping method to a shipping zone? If so, it won’t work since the plugin doesn’t support shipping zones at the moment. It only has a global shipping method activating regardless of a matched shipping zone.

    Ok, yes I did have it using one, I removed it but just have one more question if you don’t mind please. I ship everything in 9×6 bubble mailers (jewelry) or a small flat rate box. I don’t see the small flat rate box option at all? And if the 9×6 envelope weighs say 1 ounce and is like 2″ thick, which service do I select under first class? I had one selected but it calculated $1.00 from Utah to Virginia & I know that is not correct. Thank you.

    You can select all the available services. The plugin shows the cheapest available one. Also, double-check you have set dimensions (length, width, and height) and weight for the product.
