    Could it be possible if first column as th in this plugin although this has the function for first “row” already?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    You can switch the first column to th elements by adding a Shortcode parameter:

    [table id=123 first_column_th=true /]
    

    This is however a plain HTML syntax change. The styling would have to be adjusted manually, and the sorting, etc. will not work with the first column.
