First Contentful Paint and is very long even with enable cache and minify

First of all you should check why all your pages are not cached. The x-litespeed-cache header is always miss. This is the main reason why everything else is so slow.

How do I check that?

I turned it successfuly on, but still very slow for that simple page.
I gave you this one page as an example, but I also have a big problem on the rest pages with First Contentful Paint and Fully Loaded Time. Can you recognize the issue?
