    I installed this plugin for a private school, the first day was supposed to be September 1st, and many people signed up, but no payments were made. Now WooCommerce Subscriptions shows the next payment is “5 days ago.”

    It seems this plugin is not working. How do I manually run those payments?

    @rgenck,

    This plugin only manage the “Trial period” to change the 1st payment date, but it does not manage anything about payments. Problem is not here.

    Ask WooCommerce Subscriptions support.

    When I disable the plugin, payments go through within the hour, so it seems unlikely that it’s a WooCommerce Subscription issue.

    @rgenck,

    I think here there is a misunderstanding.

    This plugin changes the first time the payment should be done. Have you checked it?

    Anyway, if you don’t know how to manage it or this does not fit your requirement, you can deactivate it.

    Yes, that’s what I expected it to do, the payments were supposed to come out on the 1st of September, they didn’t go through until after I deactivated the plugin.

    If no one else is having this issue, maybe it is a plugin conflict. I’ll mark it as resolved. If anyone else has this issue, I encourage them to try deactivating other plugins to see if there is a plugin conflict.
