First FAQ answer not following styling

Trying out Ultimate FAQ w/ premium trial. The first FAQ answer is not following the styling settings like all the other FAQ answers are. I a using the Contemporary FAQ Display Style and no custom CSS. I swapped out the first FAQ with another and that answer does not follow the styling I selected. Something with that first slow in the list?
