First image add-on now working

@lpeyton the add-on does not work like that actually. The idea was to use it as a fallback when no featured-image is provided.

However, I think I can improve the add-on. I will make some tests to see how I can prioritize that when the add-on is installed. I’ll probably send the modifications to the add-on https://github.com/jmau111/jm-twitter-cards-first-image, not the main plugin.
