Hi,

We have uploaded new products to the site and see that the first image on products page for the new Tshirts and Hoodies uses an older current photo for an older T shirt. Older T shirt is current and displays correctly. New products do indeed display new images of the correct Tshirts it’s just that the same old T for a different Tshirt shows up first.

New product example (problem):

All of the old products seem to display fine.

All of the new products have the wrong Tshirt problem.

We updated plugins and theme. Disabled plugins not needed. Refreshed caches. Regnerated thumbnails. Nothing changed.

Hi,

I think we have the reason for the problem. We duplicated post for all of the new products, and then changed the details while keeping the price and size options the same.

When we created a new product from scratch, we did not have the short-sleeved T pop up as the first image. So we re-created all of the new products without duplicating anything.

So I guess it’s specifically something to do with the Duplicate Page plugin and possibly our caching plugin ?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I will note that the old links need to have redirections – your response reminded me of this.
