First integration attempt

    We are trying to integrate it for the first time and have a few minor questions.

    1. 3 fields do not have any label (Website, email and job title)
    2. Placeholders are in english (where are they coming from? didn’t seem to have control over them in Dynamics 365)

    1. What version of Dynamics 365 do you have?
    2. Can you send a screenshot of the form as defined in Dynamics 365?

    For the fields without the labels it looks like you do not have localized labels for those fields. Even if they are the same as in English, you need to define those as we do not “fallback” to the English for labels.

    Do you see placeholders only in the full name field? Can you try using firstname and lastname fields separately? Do you still see the placeholders?

    Thank you for the follow-up! We had to progress in the meantime, so we tried a few other plugins and one of them worked properly for our needs.

    The plugin we got pushes the data to Dynamics entities instead of fetching Dynamics’ forms. That said, your plugin may come in handy for a different project, so if the problem happens again we’ll get in touch!
