• Hi,

    Newbie here, so please be kind.

    I’ve just set up a WordPress site, but am having some issues re. its appearance when accessed via mobile/tablet devices.

    The first line of text on my homepage, when accessed via a mobile device appears smaller than the rest. I have checked the code, and everything seems to be in order. When viewed via a PC, everything looks fine; it’s just the tablet/mobile accessibility where things go awry.

    I’m not sure if I can link, but my website is hoseandhydraulicsgroup dot co dot uk.

    I hope someone can help. Thank you in advance!

  • What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

    Hi Esmi,

    Sorry for not giving this info in the first instance.

    Propulsion V1.0.0.

    I’m not sure where we downloaded it from, sorry. A friend set up the template for me.

    The present code for my homepage reads:

    <div class=" title_container extralight-border"><h1 class="page-title meta-color">Hose & Hydraulics Group Ltd.</h1></div>
    <div style="padding-left:10%;padding-right:10%;">
    <p>Thank you for visiting our website. Whether you're a business or an individual, we cater for all sectors.</p>

    <p>With a large number of products at depots throughout South West England, and a fleet of 14 mobile workshop vehicles covering Somerset, Devon & Cornwall, we are the region's No. 1 provider of fluid transfer solutions and mobile hose replacement.</p>

    It is strange, because no other page has this problem.

    The highlighted text is the problem line.

    You need to identify the theme on WordPress’ theme repository for support here.

    I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial themes here.
