First name and last name fields each displaying full name

I set up the admin notification email of my form to send user’s first name and last name as follows: From: {name-1-first-name} {name-1-last-name}.
In the email, the output is in the format: Firstname Lastname Firstname Lastname. As can be seen, both the first name and last name fields each outputs the full name.
