    Hi guys

I have setup a form with form 7 that has fields for first name and last name
You indicate in your description that it is possible to capture first name and last name through the plugin “You can capture first name, last name, and (of course) email”
But in your example you indicate to add only a field “your-name” !
Does that field split into two fields first-name and last-name ??
In my screen in MailPoet those fields do have a dutch name “Voornaam” and “Achternaam”. The field contents of your-name from the form are completely stored in the field “Voornaam” within MailPoet.

Any suggestions to improve this ?
I need both separated fields populated
If it is done through the MailPoet form, then the fields are populated properly

Hi found the solution by looking into the code ??
You need to update your manual so users can find this without problems.
To populate the first-name and last-name fields in MailPoet, you need to add the following fields into your form:
    your-first-name
    your-last-name

One remark though, if the user enters his data again but with a different first-name and last-name, the data in MailPoet is not updated !!
That should be an improvement if that is added to the plugin ??
Now I am happy with the way it works
