First name and last name not saved during registration

    I am using the Ultimate Member plugin for user registration on one of my client’s website. I am stuck on a weird issue. The first name and last name fields are not saved when user register for the first time. I tried re-installing plugin, re-creating the forms, deleting and re-adding the fields. Nothing works. The field is set to “editable” and privacy is set to “Everyone”.

    Any idea how I can solve this issue?

    After a whole day of headbanging I solved it right after posting the issue here! All I had to do was removing the values in “Minimum length” and “Maximum length” fields. That doesn’t make any sense, but that’s what solved my issue.

    Any further insight will be much appreciated.
