First Name and last name not saved in order list

When I’m placing the first name, last name, phone number and the email in the checkout form (billing address and shipping address).
The information are not saved to the order list, we are facing this issue from 3 days ago.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

For better assistance, please also share your WooCommerce error logs and System Status on this thread so we can take a look at your configuration and check the issue further:
System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Sorry to hear about this, this could be caused by a conflict, you can perform the following steps:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If the issue is not present after this it means the cause was the theme or a plugin, you can reactivate the theme or plugins (one by one) until you find what is the cause You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
If that does not work please provide the system status report as mentioned earlier by shaonback2.
