First Name Required in a loop

    This is odd. I have the register enabled, then the person registers to submit a ticket, but it keeps showing validation “Please enter your first name” and blanks out the form. I tried making the fields not required but still shows up. Any idea?

    This issue is still happening and has not been fixed in recent updates to this plugin. Any idea ?

    I believe I have found the reason it is happening and will push an update shortly.
