    Hi

I couldn’t replicate this on iPhone 4, iPhone 6 or desktop browsers. On the homepage the notification bar displayed; when I clicked through to another page, e.g. Contact, the notification bar no longer displayed. This was consistent on four devices, including iPhone 4. Could you take another look perhaps?

Hello thank you for such a prompt reply.
I’m afraid I am still getting the problem. I agree the issue doesn’t seem to persist eleswhere.

Sorry – I don’t know what to suggest. I’ve tested it on iPhone 4 iOS 4, iPhone 4S iOS 5.1 and iPhone 4S iOS 6 and I can’t replicate this.

Thanks I realise its pretty impossible to offer help if you can’t replicate it. So just for your info I am running iOS 7.1 on iPhone 4 and it’s definitely a problem as I’m not looking at it in testing software – I have the hardware in my hand!

    Thanks for trying!

Okay – I’ve just tried iOS 7 on iPhone 5 and still can’t replicate.

Try adding ?cookie=delete to the url just to clear the cookie or change the version number in the settings. Maybe resetting it will help…
