First Plugin

Hello building my First wordpress plugin, I have single values storing and retrieving to and from the database, but would like to retrieve and store sets of values.

Say a list of Names and DOBs for a Registration form.
Can someone point me in the right direction for creating a list view of the data and saving it in the admin section?
