First scan not happening

    The site is not being scanned and cookies updated. It has been over a week and still nothing. I have white listed the suggested IPs in case Wordfence was blocking them. I’ve also logged a ticket and am waiting for a response.

    How long do I need to wait before I abandon the cookie plugin and try another cookie plugin?

    Hi

    I have checked your website and the Cookiebot consent banner shows up as it should. The cookies also come through after I approved the cookiebot consent.

    You can always initiate a manual scan from your cookiebot manager account. Go to the “Cookies” menu and click on the “Scan Domain now” button.

    Thank you Wendy. Yes the website has been scanned thank you. Took way longer than the 24hrs as stated. Also the “Scan now” option was not showing at all. It would appear it only shows AFTER the first scan which didn’t help.
