First submenu offcenter

Am I the only one seeing this?

It is the same on the developer site https://wpsimplyread.com/
Hover over “Page Examples” and notice the first menu option “Headers Page” is justified left while all other menu options are center.

How can I fix this?
The OCD in me is going crazy.

I would also like to compress or control he size of sub-menu items.
