First time customers to receive gifts

I am looking for a pretty specific type of functionality and am wondering if it is part of the full version before I upgrade. What I am looking for is for the gifts to only appear for first time buyers for the site. In other words if the user is purchasing something from the site and it is their first time buying from the site they get the option to add some gifts to their cart otherwise they don’t get the option. Is this a feature?
