  • Hi John,

I could not reproduce this issue on my test site to troubleshoot further.

Could you enable WP_DEBUG on your site by following this example?
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#example-wp-config-php-for-debugging

Then, replicate the error and check if any error is logged in wp-content/debug.log?

I also had the same issue.
I installed Jetpack and went through set-up. I then started WooSync. About a minute after, I got the same error, the general server error(500). My Debug plugin says there’s a ‘Division by Zero error’.

Linked below are the WooSync Debug menu and the code my Debug plugin says.

I talked with our host and they responded by saying they also got the ‘Division by Zero error’ from the site log. They encouraged me to get into contact with Jetpack support on the issue.

Any help on this error would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @nathanzob and @johnwey

We have a few other reports about a similar incident with the Sync issues. We discussed the issue with our developers, and to debug what is going on, they want to run some tests.

Could you please reach out to [email protected] and share your findings?

We will continue the conversation over email.

    Thanks!

    Hi @nathanzob and @johnwey!

We want to let you know that we’ve just released a new version of Jetpack CRM – 5.0.1, which includes the fix to your WooCommerce sync issue. Could you please try to update to the latest version and try restarting the sync?

    Thank you!

WooSync did not work for me. Only 1 order was imported. I reached out to the host for support, because an automated email from WP said, “Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.”

The support tech investigated and ultimately determined that, “You have to consult plugin support or use any other plugin as this one is not working properly”

    /wp-content/plugins/zero-bs-crm/modules/woo-sync/includes/class-woo-sync-background-sync.php

I told the host support, “Ok, thanks for checking this out for me. Hopefully they fix the issue in their next update.”

All plugins (plus core and theme) are updated to their latest versions. Jetpack CRM is version 5.1.0

    Thanks!

    Hi @bradley,

It sounds like your issue may be a different one than the one discussed in this thread.

Would you start your own thread with the following information:

    – how did your host support determined that Jetpack CRM Woo Sync was the culprit? Were there any error messages that you can share with?
    – What is your Woo Sync setup? Is your Woo store installed on the same site as JP CRM, or are you syncing an external store?
    – Can you try restarting sync and share Run Sync Debug found on the bottom of the WooCommerce Sync Hub page (WP Admin > Data Tools > Woo Sync)? Screenshot: https://d.pr/i/6Trpuq

    Thanks!

After a lot of troubleshooting, the issue for me was that the server was using PHP version 8.0. After downgrading the server to PHP 7.4, WooSync imported the remaining orders.

    Hey @bradley,

Thanks for reporting what you did to fix the problem ??
That will be useful for future users browsing the forum for the same issue.

I’m going to mark this thread as solved.
