Hi, The very first time a new user logs in after registration (on macs at least), they get a blank white screen with “Safari” in the middle, and a message saying that unable to open as the page https://www.mydomain.com/login not valid. HOWEVER. If I hit back arrow, it goes to a page with the users ultimate members account and the website menu. and from there I am able to click on Home page in the menu, and it will then open up my site as normal. And after that very first login, the user is able to access the site via their login without issue. My settings have the redirect after login set to the homepage. And I already tried deactivating all plugins except Divi. Issue still persists.
Would love this figured out. Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jonadia,

Can you please try to do a conflict test and see if you can replicate this issue on the default WordPress theme.
Do you have any caching plugins or server side caching active?

    Regards.

Hi there, ok, so I did the conflict test; removing the divi theme and builder and tried with default wordpress theme and the issue went away. When I put the Divi theme back on, I was able to access with one computer and not able with another. when I put the builder back on, I had the issue with both computers, so it does seem like it’s a Divi theme/builder issue.
    No caching plugin installed

    Hi @jonadia,

Have you tried to test this issue on another browser e.g. Chrome?

    Regards.
