    Hey all,

    I’m having two issues.

First, is that the very first variation (in this case the color Grey) is showing as out of stock when it’s not. This isn’t variant-specific but seems to be positional based on whatever attribute is listed first. I’ve confirmed this by moving Grey’s position on the attribute list. Grey then began showing as in stock and the new color that was listed first switched to out of stock.

I saw in the forum that changing Ajax settings to 1 will circumvent this, but the Ajax loading takes too long for my tastes. Does anyone have an alternative fix?

Second, since downloading the plugin and setting it up, I no longer am seeing my default product image in the single product page. It only shows up as the shop gallery thumbnail. I’d like to be able to have it so that if someone doesn’t click on an attribute that the main product image is what displays. I was originally going to have it be so that if you double click an attribute it clears, but it’s then clearing to a blank space rather than the primary product image.

Edit: The main product image will display the first time the page loads, but if you refresh it won’t. I’ve tried this in Chrome and in Safari.

Any guidance on either of these issues would be very helpful.

Could you record me your issue using tool like useloom.com

    Thank You

@pluginswoo I just screen recorded both issues. You can view on loom here.

    Thank you

Could you disable our plugin and check what’s happening in the image?

    Thank You

    Hi there,

I fixed the issue with the gallery image. I’d had some script to hide the clear button that was unintentionally removing the “Select an option” function as well when there was no default attribute set. When removing the script and reactivating the plugin the gallery image issue was fixed.

I’m still having the same issue with the first item being Xed out though. You can see that occurring at the same time as the gallery image going out in the Loom recording.

Hi there, following up. Any thoughts on why my first item keeps showing as out of stock unless I set Ajax to 1?

    @cjbreither

Is there any error coming in console?

    Thank you

    I’m getting this error

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://localhost:8080/headless-content.js.map: Connection error: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I’m not familiar enough with backend things to know if this is the error that’s causing this or not. Could you please take a look and advise? I’ve reset Ajax to 30 and the issue is occurring again.

Hi there, I’m still having this same issue. In the meantime, I’ve reset Ajax to 1 so this error won’t occur. But with Ajax set to 1 the load time has increased exponentially and I’m unable to show which items are out of stock in the thumbnails – so ideally I’d like to resolve this and be able to reset Ajax to 30 again.

Which theme are you using? Is it happening in the default theme of WordPress, Twenty Seventeen?

    Thank You

    Hi there,

My normal theme is Divi. I just checked using the WordPress Twenty Twenty theme, and the error still occurs.
