• Hi all,
I am currently trying to build my first ever website, which is pretty time consuming, but fun and exciting. I still have no understanding of html and so am really muddling my way through it!
I still have a few more pages to complete before I launch it, but wondered what you thought of it up to now. Can you see anything I am doing wrong?

I think I need to get it checked over professionally, but someone who knows the game and get it SEO. Is this a good idea to get some help here and if so any ideas where?

SEO is not an appropriate strategy for every website, and other Internet marketing. Seo lists up your websites on to the top pages of the world’s most even if some other search engine did it first. I did heavy SEO on my sub-domain blog and within a week, I was already pr4. Now its rolled back to 0.

Your site wasn’t available when i just went and looked. I’m no SEO expert, but we’ve done OK with our own SEO for my site. Here are some thoughts…

I am a fan of the WordPress SEO plugin (by Yoast). It’s very helpful in reviewing the content of various pages for keywords as well as helping you get the headers and tags looking good.

I’m also a fan of using getlisted.org to help get your site submitted to various directories.
