First_name is not showing in menus

We can’t reproduce the issue using the Twenty Twenty-One theme. See below.

Can you try temporarily switching to the Twenty Twenty-One theme with all plugins except for User Menus deactivated?

Just a lessons learned. Make sure you enter and save your first name in your account profile if you want to use the {first_name} parameter to display your first name in the menu.
