    Hi,
    My customers are added directly to a Send In Blue list but only email and phone number are ok. First and last name remain empty.
    Any help with this please?

    I am not sure yet why you face this problem.
    Did you match attributes correctly like as bellow screenshot?

    If so, please contact us with your more detail(credential info, etc.)
    For now, you can use sync feature only once with current version.

    I’ve tried to match the attributes but I get this error message when trying to validate the pop-up:

    ‘There is not any user in the roles.’

    Our customers do not have an account created for them when they place an order. So they don’t appear in the users list.
    Nevertheless, they are syncronized with a Send In Blue list at some point, but only Email and Phone number…

    It’s almost ok now. I had not matched the attributes in the second tab of the settings (newsletter registration).
    Now I did, the names are ok but the phone is not anymore ??

    @neeraj_slit I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
