1. Please change the option “Thumbnail Size” to medium or “large”.
2. and also use the custom CSS –

.filtr-item { height: 250px; }

I have removed the CSS, except for

.col-4 {
max-width: unset !important;
}

for the 4 column footer.
And yes, now the images are o.k., but I want the ‘boxes’ to be the same size.

If you need same size boxes then you need to upload same size images.
