Been using the import and export tool for a over a year now and not a week goes by that I don’t use it. From accounts exports, stock status to importing user details. I once imported over 17k products! It’s not hours saved but weeks. I have asked for support a couple of times and each time a helpful answer was sent within 24 hours.
