Well done. Incredible support, quick and helpful. I got everything to work that I needed. Installation was super quick. I bought the Comment Moderation and Comment Notification add-ons. Now it’s doing everything I need: to get email notification that there’s been a comment which allows me to monitor spam and unwanted comments. Plus the moderation tool works well to manage all the comments on the entire website in one place, as well as having the option to manage per webpage. I don’t know yet if it’ll slow down load time of the webpage, but I can set the number of comments viewed to a small number and then there’s the option for the reader to Load More Comments. I like having a familiar comment system like Facebook because people are already used to using that design layout. Plus it’s impressive that so many major websites use it, so it gives my site some level of prestige like a big name website. I’m very pleased with this for now. I hope I feel the same way over time!
