    Hello the plugin is failing, does not allow access to fundamental part of other plugins such as Awesome Support, always adds a “0” and shows error in woocommerce functions, does not allow to complete the purchase, as it says there is an error in jSON 0

    Thanks for your message. Can you give me more detailed step by step description in order to repeat a issue which you think should be fixed.
    1) “Awesome support” plugin – if it’s available at www.ads-software.com/plugins, give exact link. If it’s a paid product, I need access to its copy in order to work with it. You can share its .zip with support [at-sign] role-editor.com via DropBox or similar service. What do you name a “fundumental part” of plugin?
    2) Check, what plugin adds ‘0’. I suppose it’s not “User Role Editor”. Deactivate all plugins except URE, remove ‘0’. Will you see it again until activate your plugins back?
    3) In what case, what JSON returns 0. How to reproduce this? If it’s about purchase via WooCommerce, why do you think URE is involved? Is it changed if you deactivate URE?

    Hello, I regret everything … the problem is on the part of Woocommerce that gives the failure in JSON “0”, everything is at the moment of selecting a payment method without connection, for example “Banking Transfer” and in the same way with Paypal, I hope that Woocommerce solves it!
