Fix for Plugin Disabling the Visual Editor

Hi. Thanks for the plugin. I have a fix (hack) for anyone who runs into an issue of activating the plugin and having it turn off your visual editor. Yes, I am aware there is a setting to enable the markdown editor when writing but even when that was not turned on, this plugin removed my theme-specific visual editor which included theme-specific buttons for styling.

I removed lines 139 – 140 and lines 148 – 155 in wp-markdown.php to remove any modifications to the Rich Editor. This will not let you use the markdown editor when writing, but it also solved my theme visual editor conflict.
