-

Hi @jamesquillian,
Thank you for openning the thread!
After reviewing your site, I can confirm that the visitors’ data is being recorded successfully.
Could you please provide details about the issue with the visitors not being shown?
Providing screenshots/screencasts can significantly help us investigate the issue and provide you with more accurate answers.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Regards,
MatthewMy Cpanel stats still show the typical number of visitors. Prior to this issue, WP Statistics normally displays shows at least 100-200 views. I get visitors because my free PDF book is still being downloaded. There is no issue with visitors getting into the site. I have tried to upload a screenshot of the cpanel, non-WP stats, but I can’t upload 2 images. It shows 3,046 views for December so far. This is a record number. 73 percent are over 30 sec. The issue is that I can no longer monitor my traffic. I have 3 other WP blogs and WP Statistics functions fine with those.
Thanks
James
Dear @jamesquillian,
Thank you for the update!
As mentioned earlier, WP Statistics is functioning properly without any issues on our end. However, there may be certain settings that are excluding or preventing some users from being tracked. Possible factors include the Filtering & Exceptions settings, the Do Not Track (DNT) option, and ad blockers.
To help us identify the source of the issue, could you please navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info and copy your site information? Sharing the WP Statistics section of the site info with us would be very helpful.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
MatthewI can’t find the mouse licks to get to this part. My guess is that this is where the problem lies.
Filtering & Exceptions?settings, the?Do Not Track (DNT)?option, and?ad blockers.
I don’t see the tabs under general settings.
I will copy and send the tools part in a separate reply

Tracks and displays visitors currently online, including their activity duration. Disabling this option stops the online monitoring feature, but visitor tracking remains active.Track Logged-In User Activity Enable
Tracks the activities of logged-in users, including page views, and records them with their WordPress User IDs for detailed insights into user behavior. If disabled, logged-in users are tracked anonymously, similar to other visitors.Store Entire User Agent String Enable
Records full details of visitors for diagnostic purposes. When ‘Hash IP Addresses’ is operational, this feature is bypassed, and data collection is disabled to ensure privacy. Refer to our avoiding PII data collection guide for more information.Attribution Model First-Touch Last-Touch

Client Side Tracking uses the visitor’s browser for better accuracy and caching compatibility. Server Side Tracking is less accurate and will be deprecated. Client Side Tracking is strongly recommended. Learn moreBypass Ad Blockers Enable
Dynamically load the tracking script with a unique name and address to bypass ad blockers.
Dear @jamesquillian,
Please accept my apologies for the oversight regarding the settings location.
Kindly note that the Filtering & Exceptions settings can be found under Statistics > Settings. For your reference, here is an image: https://i.vgy.me/iiSb2N.png.
The Do Not Track (DNT) option is located under Statistics > Settings > Privacy & Data Protection. Please refer to this image for guidance: https://i.vgy.me/8bb09P.png.
Additionally, you can enable the Bypass Ad Blockers option to bypass ad blockers. This setting is available under the General tab. Here is an image for your reference: https://i.vgy.me/XCH920.png.
For further assistance, please review this image to help you retrieve the site information: https://i.vgy.me/8wb8ib.png. Once you have it, kindly share the WP Statistics section of the site info. You can copy the entire site info, then paste it here and delete everything except the WP Statistics section.
Thank you!

MatthewUnfortunately, with my page I do not have the do not track option., see below.
