Fix information on a form

  • Hi, I want to setup a form similar to this:

    10:00 [name here] [task undertaken] [submit button]

    11:00 [name here] [task undertaken] [submit button]

    etc.

    Once some one has entered the information for that time, and submits it, the text entered is locked. Others can still see that information when they view the form but can’t change it. Is there a way to do that in contact form 7?
