"Fix It" button not working for error message.

  • I’m having difficulty deciphering what and why this error message remains:

    The following file(s) is/are blocking your XML sitemaps from working properly:
    /home/content/p3nexnas03/19/2189319/html/sitemap_index.xml
    Either delete them (this can be done with the “Fix it” button) or disable WP SEO XML site maps.

    There are no visible site maps in the backend via FTP so any help would be awesome.
