Fix line on left side of Featured Page Image

I put in a 270 x 250 image in my Featured Page section on the home page. But when I view my site on my phone where it turns into 3 rows (each image on top of each other), there’s a line on the left side of the image. It’s like the very left side of the real full image that sticks out. Don’t know why this is happening. Can I get some help to clear this up?
