Hi, I installed the CUSTOM USER PROFILE SLUGS extension on my local server (for convenience I’ll write the fictitious domain mywebsite.com), I followed the instructions and changed the base to “u”.

I was expecting a link like:
    https://www.mywebsite.com/u/username

    but I get instead:

    https://www.mywebsite.com/my-profile/u/username

how can i remove “my-profile” from url?

the permalink in settings is currently set to custom:

    mywebsite.com/%author%/

I tried to change it but it didn’t help.

    thanks for the support

    Hello @jerrybeerd,

my-profile in URL is the slug of page and it cannot be removed from URL and it is base URL. It works like category structure URL in WordPress. You may change this “my-profile” slug, but cannot remove.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
