• Hi – I’m using the free version of the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons & Extra Options. I have the scenario in the fabric shop I’m building that I want to be able to allow the customer to choose to add matching thread (0, 1, 2, 3 etc) using your plugin. That’s all OK.

However, when you want to increase the amount of the main product you are buying – for example, the fabric is sold in 1/2 meters. So add 3 half meters, then the option cost is being multiplied by 3 too. Or if you buy 5 1/2 meters, the option cost is being multiplied by 5.

Is there a way to fix the add-on price so it doesn’t change as the customer changes the amount the product they add to the basket?

I need the add-on price to not change as the quantity of the main product changes. I hope that’s understandable?

    Thanks Naomi

PS – there’s another issue, that I think is theme related – that the add-on price is added double to what it should be. E.g., instead of £2.20 for one thread, it appears as £4.40. I’ve asked the theme developer to look at this. When I used a default theme (twenty-24) then the main issue described above still happened, but what I’m mentioned in this PS didn’t.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    I hope you’re doing well.

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible with the free version of the plugin. The price of the add-ons will be multiplied by the quantity of the product.
