Fix the uninstall process

  • It is okay, but why can you not make it so if it needs to be uninstalled, it takes all of it’s crap with it. The assistant doesn’t really work to do this, so I’ve been spending ages trying to find all of the files without crashing the site. The plugin is okay, but I won’t install it again because it takes too long to remove everything.

  • Thanks for sharing your thoughts about Wordfence.

    Did you try checking the box that says “Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation” before you deactivated the plugin? It’s on the Wordfence > Dashboard > Global Options page in the General Wordfence Options section. That should remove everything.
