Fix to documentation for customizing Read More

I’m rushing through my own work, so I don’t want to edit the codex in case I’ve made a mistake.

The directions for customizing the Read More link are here:

However, I think these still pertain to version 1.5. I just upgraded to 2.1 and find that the location of the file to edit has changed:

Instead of editing
/wordpress/wp-includes/template-functions-post.php
you have to edit
/wordpress/wp-includes/post-template.php

I don’t know about the rest of the details, since I was making a different change.
