Did you fix this already? Just tried the form and the product was added to the cart successfully or should i pick an specific option to make this error happen?

Could you tell me the steps you do please? I go to
https://losokawood.com/produkt/mapa-swiata-3d-konfigurator/ pick an option in the dropdown, check the checkbox and then when trying to add the product to the cart everything seems to work fine.
