Is there any way from which we I fixate the value of attribute or variation in woocommerce. Cause if I create variation from each attribute it creates more than 2000 variations per product. So, its time consuming. So, is there any other way

  • @fareedfattani – good question!

Can you share more specifics? For example, what do you currently have as attributes and what do you want the end result to be?

I have an e-commerce site for used laptops and tablets and in laptops category I’ve created RAM(4GB, 8GB, 12GB, 16GB), HDD(320GB, 500GB, 750GB, 1TB), SSD(128GB, 256GB, 512GB, 1TB) and WARRANTY (which ranges from 1 month to 1 year) as an attributes. These are for one product and I have more than 20 products. Now what I want to do is I want to fix the value of every attributes’ configuration, so, I don’t have to create variations for every attribute casue in this way it will create more than 2000 variations.

link of my product’s demonstration is given below.

Ahh that makes sense! So for example, 4GB would be a set cost, 8GB a different cost, but they would be the same regardless of the variation.

I haven’t seen any free solutions for this, unfortunately. If I have time I might attempt to see what it would take to do it, but right now I think your best bet would be to either have a lot of variations or use a paid plugin that might do this, maybe like “product addons” or something like that.

    Hi @fareedfattani,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread ??
