• I don’t know about you, but my clients, who tend to be older, slightly technophobic gentlemen, tend to take offense at the fact that pressing an email address doesn’t automatically open Outlook, or asks them to associate the clicked link with an app. This solved the issue by giving them clear, easy options with mailto and tel links. Haven’t heard a peep since!
