    Hi,

Although a very non-expert user, I have implemented the fix given elsewhere to solve the preload not working/cancelling:

“On line 3815 of wp-cache.php, change?$next_preload?to?$next_full_preload?and that will fix it.”

The preload now runs and I can see the files being added…. however when I jump across to the contents page, the cache and supercache remain empty.

I’d be very grateful for any pointers please!

    Trev

  • Hi Trev,

First of all, thanks so much for searching and implementing a solution already mentioned in the forum!

I’ve pinged our WPCache developers to take a look at your comment and see what insight they might be able to offer.

Did you see any errors when you clicked the “Regenerate cache stats” link on the “contents” page?

    Hello there, @anna88sabu,

Do you have updates about that, or do you need more information? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
