• Hi,

thank you for your great plugin

We sell hiking tours. The start dates of the tours are fixed. For example:
    Tour 1 starts on August 1st – August 8th
but also on September 1st – September 8th.
The final price per tour is also a fixed price.
The tour costs $ 499 in August and $ 599 in September
The tour does not take place outside of these dates. How can I do that with your extension?

In addition with your plugin can i use any Woocommerce deposit plugin?

    Kind regards,
    Mike

    Hello,

You can use the “Disable Dates” extension to disable all dates except August 1st – August 8th and September 1st – September 8th. If you need different prices, you can either make a variable product with two variations (August and September) but it forces to select the variation before, or you can use the “Pricing” extension ??

Easy Booking should be compatible with WooCommerce Deposits.

    Hi Natasha,

i am just trying to edit this item to fit my scenario
    https://demo.easy-booking.me/product/woo-album-3/

Basically i just want the customer to give the possibility so select a start day but not a date-range
If i disable the dates as you describe the customer can book on 3 August but the tour starts on the 1st of August

Check this example: https://demo.easy-booking.me/product/woo-ninja-2/. I didn’t enter the right prices, it’s only for disabled dates.

Or, if you need only the start date, you can set “Number of dates to select” to “One” and disable everything except August 1st and September 1st.

    Hi,

    with your example
    https://demo.easy-booking.me/product/woo-ninja-2/
each day costs 399 (but the entire tour costs 399)

Or, if you need only the start date, you can set “Number of dates to select” to “One” and disable everything except August 1st and September 1st.

    Prodcut configuration

But then it is not clear on the frontend that the tour takes 8 days or whatever

The Price tag should look like: 399.00€ / 8 days

And with “any Woocommerce deposit plugin” i did not mean the official WooCommerce Deposits (which is way overpriced)
But since your base version is free i could test it with any deposit plugin

    Kind regards

    I said I didn’t configure the prices. Updated: https://demo.easy-booking.me/product/woo-ninja-2/.

I understand about the Deposit plugin, it is indeed very expensive. But it’s the only one I’ve tested (I focus on “official” WooCommerce plugins, as I can’t make compatibility with all plugins).

    Hi Natasha,

thank you so much for your help!
It was not an easy task but i was able to understand the logic behind it thanks to your disabled days configuration

Can i Enable stock management at product level without displaying the quantity in the calendar (because i think this is rather confusing)

    And final question:
Is easy booking also working with coupons?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hello,

Yes there is an option called “Display availabilities?” in Easy Booking > Availability Check, which you can set to “None”.

You can use coupons but they will apply to the total price in the cart, like every coupons from WooCommerce (you can’t have -10% / day for example).

    Natasha
