Fixed toolbar

  • Hi,
    with a new WordPress update suddenly toolbar is not visible all the time but it stay at the top of the text, so when we scroll down the toolbar is not visible anymore and we should scroll back to the top to apply any changes. How can I set that the toolbar will be visible all the time.?
