Fixed viewport layout for question text and quizzes

Hello, I would like to ask if Sensei LSM can be used to create exams with a full-width, fixed viewport, and a scrollbar for each column if the text is long. Users can click on the quiz numbers to answer, but the text should not scroll along. I have checked Tutor LMS and LearnDash, but they cannot customize the design and are not able to do it.
